My heart is truly saddened by the loss of one of my greatest friends in The Evangelistic Churches. In all our years of working together on Sunday School projects for the National Convocation, he always made sure to put a smile on my face. I will truly miss Bishop Taylor and will keep the entire family in prayer.
Sis. Zina Tomblin
I thank God for the honor knowing Bishop Reuben Taylor and the entire Taylor Family. Bishop Taylor's life and legacy speaks for itself. What a Great Man of God! Another great Warrior has been called from warfare to rest. May the God of All Comfort be with Mother Clotel Taylor and the entire family. To Elders: Chuck, Rick, Frank and Missionaries: Connie, Teresa and Marie - you will always have my prayers and support. I love you all. Look at God, what a legacy! As Bishop Taylor would say, " I feel like dancing!"
Sis. Rachelle King
Our memories of Bishop Taylor are of a gracious man of God who loved the Lord and his family.  We shall never forget how he honored and cherished  his beautiful wife, Mo. Clotel Taylor.  When it was time for Convocation, Bishop always had Mother Taylor ready for service.  He never tired as he faithfully served the Sunday School Department for many years.  His warm smile and gentle spirit touched so many and he will never be forgotten.  We celebrate the life of Bishop Taylor, and we know the Angels must be rejoicing, because a man of God has joined the Heavenly choir.
Mo. Taylor and to all the Taylor children, please know that we are praying for you.

From the very first time I met Bish. Reuben Taylor, more than twenty-five years ago, my heart has been connected to his heart. I will certainly be praying for his family during this time. Although, I miss seeing Bish. Taylor in the last days of his life on earth, I am comfidant that he fought a good fight, finished his course and kept the faith....
Bish. Robert Gethers
I have known Bishop Taylor my whole life and he was truly a man of God. I will always remember the rides on the church van with stops at 7-11 to pick up slurpees and peanut bars, and then the popcorn bible quizzes. He was always my "go to" person to interpret my dreams and he always gave great advice on what to do about them. I remember my last visit with him, Mo. Taylor asked him if he knew who I was, and he smiled and said "Barbara Jean", we sang "Everybody will be happy" and he took over the song! Bishop, I love you and will forver miss you!

Our prayers are with the Taylor Family and special salute to First Lady Wade. A golden heart stopped beating, hard working hands at rest. God broke our hearts to prove to us, He only takes the best. Our prayers are with you today and in the days to come.
